And we always have to get a shot from the commercial parking lot.

Main level just waiting for the roof trusses. 

They finished framing the garage so the entire main floor is completely framed.

Since a portion of the framing is done on the main floor you can see what the view will be from some of the rooms.  This will be the view from the two windows in the sunroom facing north and west.

This will be the main window view from the living room facing west.  The wall that is still missing will be the view from the kitchen.

And finally the view from the bedroom, also facing the lake.

So with the new windows it went from the one on the left to the one on the right.  Creative landscaping will offset the window changes on the front of the home.

I met with the builder at the site as he wanted to point out that the view from the large window in the living room and in the sunroom both facing the street was not the greatest for privacy and most likely any window treatment would be closed a majority of the time.  He suggested that we eliminate the lower large portion of the windows and keep the transoms on top.  It was a great idea so we made the changes to the plan.

In addition to the flooring on the main level they also were able to get some of the wall sheathing on the lower level.

Some of the rough framing on the lower walkout level was completed.  They are still waiting for the excavation crew to come out and backfill the garage and around the basement walls.

There was a break in the weather so they were able to install the floor joists and main floor decking.
