Wow, I was just here 48 hours ago with a bare roof and they are almost done with the shingles. I have to give it to the contractor in how fast they are moving along.

What the finished framing looks like with the left windows that were changed from full to just top transoms. This will allow for more privacy being so close to the street.

After careful consideration we opted for the framers suggestion to eliminate the full wall surrounding the staircase and make it a half-wall. Not only will the new wall allow more light into the stairway it also make the kitchen seem that much larger.

A couple of views from the lower level. The first is one of the bedrooms followed by a storage room with access to the exterior. Second photo is the entrance to the workout area that is prepped for a bathroom in the corner.

A quick look at the interior, this is from the kitchen looking towards the living room and sunroom at the end.

They are almost finished with the roof decking, as a matter of fact as I was taking this photo the truck was delivering what was needed to finish the roof. Can’t wait to take a peak at the inside this weekend.

And we always have to get a shot from the commercial parking lot.

Main level just waiting for the roof trusses.

They finished framing the garage so the entire main floor is completely framed.

Since a portion of the framing is done on the main floor you can see what the view will be from some of the rooms. This will be the view from the two windows in the sunroom facing north and west.

This will be the main window view from the living room facing west. The wall that is still missing will be the view from the kitchen.

And finally the view from the bedroom, also facing the lake.
