Chipmunk seeks chipmunk… this poor guy sits on the retaining wall and chirrups for a mate almost everyday. Hang in there buddy.

So yesterday I finally got to fix the bed. When the movers assembled it they missed some bolts so when I moved the headboard banged against the wall… yea, only in my dreams… two hours and the wall is safe.

So they say that most individuals waste more food than they should… looks around and raises hand, well I had some bananas that were going bad… so I found my mothers Lutheran cook book… no I didn’t spontaneously combust, and made banana bread. Yum!
So, I finally figured out why Apple designed the double tap on the AirPods to skip to the next song. I grab my I-Touch and head to the treadmill, set the music to songs in my library then shuffle, and even though this device knows the correct time, day and date the developers were unable to avoid a Christmas song in May… just reach up double tap and move to the next song… genius!

This should be what Christmas looks like in the north, instead we have rain and 50 degree weather. Hopefully snow soon in 2020. Photo unknown author.

“Kiss of Life”
Taken in 1967 by Rocco Morabito, this is one of the most powerful photographs we’ve seen. It shows a utility worker named J.D. Thompson giving mouth-to-mouth to co-worker Randall G. Champion after he went unconscious following contact with a high voltage line. It occurred in Jacksonville, Florida. Champion survived thanks to Thompson’s efforts to resuscitate him. The photo was awarded a Pulitzer Prize in 1968.

Let me think about that… via unknown
