It looked a lot better six months later when all the construction was complete. Quite the project but couldn’t be happier with the end result.
There wasn’t much done on the interior other than rough electrical and plumbing, drywall, in floor radiant heating and space pack air conditioning.
After driving up the three levels of the parking structure you could enter the condo through the garage or the front door. My garage is the one most visible and the front door is just to the right of the garage.
The first residence in Traverse City way back in October 2010.
