A quick video of the completed roof.
After a week of listening to the constant drone of the gas powered air compressor and the ever present hammering of the guys on the roof the new roof is complete. Okay almost, they ran out of ridge caps and more are on the way to be installed sometime next week. They ran out with only two feet left to go, but I’m assured that it will not leak in the meantime. I’m impressed at the texture and the lifetime guarantee of the synthetic shingles not to mention the overall look!

So they are going to start my roof replacement next week, do you think I will be able to request that this guy can be one of the workers?

The CDC has indicated that we can drop the masks… so

If you ever wondered where the term “lucky dog” came from… now you know.

I assumed that getting a vaccine would be easier in the north… nope

It was much easier down in the tri-county… namely Beaumont. Well that’s one down!
Forgot to post this from December 2020
